    Agenda

    Economic Growth

There is optimism that 2025 can be a more positive year for the economy, and for the prospects of individual businesses too. What lies in store for the next 12 months, how will legislative and policy changes have an impact, and what are the factors that will drive confidence and progress?

    Business Growth

Growth, whether organic or by acquisition, needs to be built on firm foundations. The business needs to strengthen its resilience in key areas including finance, supply chain partnerships, staff, data and cyber-security. It also needs to be responsive and able to make decisions quickly as circumstances change.Growth supported by external investment will increasingly need a clear narrative that is backed by the numbers and non-financial performance, led by an ESG strategy.

    Personal Growth

Attendees will break into discussion groups around their table to share their challenges and experiences of how they have sought to develop the skills and talent within their organisation. The panel will then explore the key themes that emerge from the discussion groups and share their tips and insights on the talent challenges facing finance leaders.
